Restorative & Reiki with Erika & Jen

Co-Teachers Erika Peterson and Jen Toddie are bringing a beautiful restorative and healing event to the studio! This Restorative Yoga plus Reiki 90 minute class is designed to create a deeply restorative experience whereby the body can release tension, and the mind can tune inward. Using passive postures and props we allow the body to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system where we can rest deeply.

The Reiki practitioner will use healing energy to nourish this process by supporting the body and mind as it drops even deeper into a meditative state.

With the union of these practices, we can begin to release the layers of stress and tension accumulated over time.

Space is Limited to 20 Participants – Register Today!
